I’m Jo! (Short for Jordaine) and I’m so glad you found your way here. Whether you stumbled upon a recipe, heard about Wildflour Bakery, or are just curious—welcome. Let me show you around.
A Quick Introduction
I’m a homeschool mom who runs a monthly cottage bakery called Wildflour and shares from-scratch recipes here on the blog. I believe in real ingredients, imperfect kitchens, and the power of good food to bring people together.
This blog is part recipe collection, part business diary, part honest look at trying to do meaningful work while also being present for my family. It’s messy and real and hopefully helpful.
What makes this blog different?
You can learn to make it yourself OR order it from me—I genuinely don’t mind which
I’m not just sharing recipes—I’m actually running a professional bakery with them
I test everything multiple times (my family has eaten a LOT of cinnamon rolls)
I’m honest about what works, what doesn’t, and what I’m still figuring out
